1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Siafrost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload to your Cloud Storage and subsequently publish through Siafrost. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to all media and that your content complies with the community standards of Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Siafrost provides subscription-based plans. Billing is recurring and occurs at the start of each period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our internal policy and are typically issued only for technical failures of the service.

4. Free Trial Policy

The 7-Day Free Trial is limited to one per user/business. Abuse of the trial system (multiple accounts) may lead to immediate termination of all associated accounts without notice.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Siafrost is provided "as is". We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party platforms (API outages at Meta or Dropbox).

6. Limitation of Liability

Siafrost and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
